Job Summary
Responsible for the development and execution of the short and long-term sales strategies for the Company. This role will focus on the strategic and operational support of the field acquisition channels, SBAE and EAE. Implements the tactical plans to ensure the success of the field sales channels that this role supports. Monitors the progress of sales; reviews records and reports provided to senior management; and solicits employee feedback to drive product engagement and sustained adoption. Designs, organizes, promotes, and delivers employee engagement experiences and reinforcement plans that strengthen product knowledge, enhance product advocacy, and ensure the success of the Company's sales campaigns. Provides leadership and direction for multiple functional areas. Ensures appropriate resources to achieve financial and business objectives. Influences, shapes, and integrates strategy for functional area(s).
Core Responsibilities
Strategic influencer on the design and implementation of employee engagement events and interactions – brainstorming ideas and ensuring messaging and communications amplify the brand, drive product knowledge and advocacy, and sales effectiveness.
Identifies strategies, tactics and tools to assist with sales activities and action steps that support sales campaigns.
Deploys incentives and other programs as necessary to achieve critical milestones to success.
Responsible for vendor management and selection – ensuring vendor align with Company values. Recommends changes as needed.
Collaborates with training teams for deployment of successful training curriculum.
Partners with finance and insights teams to evaluate the return on investment and impact of events and key partnerships.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
Act as liaison to Headquarters and other Divisions.
Analyzes collective post project/initiative feedback and other insights for themes and trends to recommend changes to sales effectiveness and employee engagement plans.

Primary Location Pay Range: $128,339.06 - $192,508.59
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.

Bachelor's Degree
While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
