If you want to be part of tomorrow's health today, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement category sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings, quality improvements, and risk mitigation.Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships to ensure high performance and alignment with company objectives.Contract Negotiation: Lead complex negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions, including pricing, service levels, and performance metrics.Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, emerging suppliers, and best practices.Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leaders, to understand business needs, align sourcing strategies, and ensure effective communication and implementation.Influencing and Driving Change: Employ best practices and thought leadership to influence stakeholders and drive change across the organization, ensuring the adoption of innovative sourcing strategies.Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sourcing strategies and supplier performance.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure continuity of supply and compliance with company policies and regulations.Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) is preferred.Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on consulting and professional services categories.Skills:Strong negotiation and contract management skills.Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and drive performance improvements.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change within an organization.Attributes:Results oriented with a strong sense of urgency.Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with senior leaders.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High ethical standards and commitment to integrity.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Our Base Pay Range for this position:
