Who are we looking for?
Our team is looking for a highly talented individual who draws energy from working with people. This person should have a servant's heart, enjoy recruiting new agents, helping them grow, and holding them accountable. A DOR on our team should consistently be great at keeping a pipeline of potential agents and always be on the lookout for new talent to join our organization. The DOR should be great at handling questions for our team members and be a resource for them to learn. At the same time, the DOR should be able to hold all agents accountable to the team's production and culture standards.
When in production, the DOR should set the example of how lead generation and client servicing should take place. The DOR, if not familiar with KWRI’s systems, models, and teachings, should make every effort to learn and implement them into our team.
What will you do?
These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:
Hire, train, and coach all local agents
Maintain a bench and pipeline of agents required for the team to hit its production goals
Oversee all agents, providing accountability, support, and guidance
Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with agents to help them achieve their goals and meet production standards
Represent the team at local realtor boards and networking events to build relationships
Create, develop, and maintain a training program for agents
Lead by example by being in production with fellow agents
Be responsible for the team hitting their production goals
Lead generate for new clients daily
Communications/Interactions with Network Referral Agents and Buyers/Sellers/Vendors daily
Management Responsibilities:
All local sales agents
Knowledge/Skills:
Accountability-based leadership
Excellent at building rapport
People-oriented
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good organizational skills
Learning-based
Able to build and lead a team
Willing to learn scripts and dialogues
High school graduate
Real estate license
1–3 years of industry and sales experience preferred
1–3 years of management experience preferred
Understanding of KW Models and Systems
