Social Media Marketing Coordinator Intern/Co-op . This is a part-time position with the opportunity to become full-time as we expand our influencer marketing program. As the Influencer Coordinator, you will assist our Social Media and Marketing team in helping manage and expand our influencer partnerships. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for influencer marketing, social media content creation, and relationship building.An ideal candidate will be excited to work with amazing creators within channels such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. You will gain hands-on experience working day to day with influencers, coordinating campaigns, and contributing to strategies that drive our brand’s presence online.What We Do:

This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, with in-office attendance 3-4 days per week at our Santa Clara location.Responsibilities:Research, identify, and onboard new influencers aligned with our audience and goals.Manage daily communication and updates for influencer campaigns.Support contract negotiations and ensure timely execution of influencer agreements.Maintain strong influencer relationships, providing necessary resources for success.Collaborate with influencers and the marketing team on content strategy.Ensure smooth execution of campaigns, including logistics, market management, and reporting.Provide weekly updates on influencer reach and campaign progress.Measure success and work on implementing corrective actions.Required Skills:Creative, marketer, effective communicator, active in social media.Proactive, data-driven, and growth-oriented with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines.Strong communication, negotiation, and creative skills. Self-motivated, quick learner, and collaborative team player.Comfortable with influencer platforms and adept at leveraging AI-driven marketing tools and tech solutions.Experienced with Excel and other standard workflow tools for collaboration.Qualifications:Currently studying or recently graduated in marketing or similar area; 1-2 years experience in an influencer coordination role is a plus.Familiarity with influencer marketing and how brand partnerships work.Strong understanding of the influencer and content creation industry.If you are an already established influencer with good followers on social media, it will only help improve your chances for the position.Passionate about travel with a keen interest in the travel industry.Exposure to expats, global culture, immigrant lifestyles, and multicultural diaspora is a plus.The pay range for this position is $20 - $22 per hour and is dependent on experience and qualifications.
