The candidate will be a valued team member that provides legal guidance on areas such as compliance with federal and state consumer protection laws, compliance on marketing initiatives within a regulated industry, advises and provides counsel to stakeholders on legal matters, marketing communications, new product design and development, issue management and remediation and other matters as needed.
