Lead the design, implementation, and migration of client cloud environments from commercial platforms to Microsoft GCC and GCC High, ensuring compliance with federal security standards and optimizing for performance and scalability.Lead successful cloud migration projects for FedRAMP-compliant environments using Google Cloud, ensuring adherence to federal security standards and minimizing operational disruptions.Collaborate with engineering and development teams to evaluate and identify optimal cloud solutions.Modify and improve existing systems.Educate teams on the implementation of new cloud technologies and initiatives.Design, develop, and deploy modular cloud-based systems.Develop and maintain cloud solutions in accordance with best practices.Ensure efficient functioning of data storage and processing functions in accordance with company security policies and best practices in cloud security.Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues.Regularly review existing systems and make recommendations for improvements.Interact with clients, providing cloud support, and making recommendations based on client needs.Develop configuration reports after the migration is complete for client documentation purposes.Utilize AvePoint Fly Migration Tool.Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint solutions, including site creation, customization, and integration, to enhance collaboration and productivity for clients.Develop and deploy Power BI dashboards and reports, leveraging data visualization techniques to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making for clients.Work with customers to develop requirements list for projects.Create implementation and migration plans that meet project goals and security requirements.Work independently or with customer IT staff to complete project tasks.Migrate email, files, and supported data into Office 365.Knowledge in Sentinel, MS Defender, and OneDrive.Qualifications:

United States Citizenship required.Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or certification, or equivalent work or military experience.At least 5 years of experience in the field of cloud computing.Experience with CI/CD systems.Experience with SysOps.Experience with Microsoft GCC and GCC High environments.Familiarity with Windows, Linux, Mac, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Entra (Azure), and AWS.Knowledge of federal regulations and standards such as NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, and DFARS 252.204-7012.Troubleshooting and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Client management skills to discuss systems as needed.Experience with the Fly Migration Tool and SharePoint design.Preferred Qualifications:

Azure, AWS, Google, and GCP certifications preferred.What We Offer:
