Overview:
The Mobile Device Management (MDM) Engineer, Sr. is responsible for the architecture, development, and expansion of the mobile device management landscape across all WakeMed locations. This position develops, tests, implements, and supports IOS/Android applications and related integrations. Provides administration, management, testing, and evaluation to include end user/device enrollments and deletions, ensuring mobile implementations are in line with privacy, legal, security policies, and Corporate standards. The MDM Engineer will provide tier 2 and tier 3 support and is responsible for tracking device inventory in the MDM environment and performing audits. Workspace ONE or Jamf Professional Certification or Microsoft or Network+ Certification Preferred. Education:
Associate's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or Related Field Preferred - or High School Diploma or Equivalent Required - or Equivalent Experience. Experience:
5 Years Information Technology - Mobile Device Management and in Healthcare - Multi-Hospital System Preferred - and 7 Years Information Technology - Mobile Device Management Required - with High School Diploma.
