Team up with the Talent Acquisition Manager to grasp staffing needs across various service areas. Efficient Utilization:

Master the applicant tracking system (ATS) to post open positions on our website and external platforms based on recruiting forecasts. Selection Excellence:

Screen, select, and schedule candidates for interviews, ensuring alignment with diversity hiring and affirmative action goals while following our Recruiting Operational standards. Streamlined Process:

Track and coordinate selection process updates using the ATS, ensuring smooth candidate review, screening, and disposition. Engagement Mastery:

Utilize CRM or other communication tools to engage active leads, coordinate virtual interviews, complete interview guides, and obtain offer letter approvals. Effective Communication:

Communicate effectively with hiring teams, candidates and new hires about expectations and success setting. Lead Engagement:

Engage inbound and outbound leads, using CRM or other communication tools, adhering to our Recruiting Operational standards. Innovative Recruitment:

Proactively attract candidates through innovative methods such as social media posts, resume mining, college recruitment, career fairs, and other advertisements. Documentation Precision:

Maintain accurate documentation of new hires in our company database. Compliance Assurance:

Ensure compliance with established Recruiting Operational standards and general best practices. Sourcing Strategies:

Monitor candidate flow regularly for each position to develop cost-efficient sourcing strategies. Active Participation:

Actively participate in weekly and monthly progress reports and team meetings. Your Skills and Talents: A Winning Combination! High School Diploma Required Bachelor's degree preferred (Candidates with 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree will be considered). A minimum of 6 months of recruiting or staffing experience is required. Previous experience working on a fast paced, high volume, metrics driven, recruiting team. 1 year of previous sales or retail experience with a focus on customer services. Proven experience in utilizing creative sourcing strategies to attract and engage candidates. Previous experience using HR technologies such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), customer relationship management (CRM) software, virtual interview platforms, etc., is essential. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and network effectively to brand and recruit in surrounding communities. Understanding of applicable employment-related laws and regulations.
