We are seeking a dedicated Employment Law Attorney to join our well-established law firm located in Costa Mesa, CA. This is an outstanding opportunity to work on high-profile cases involving major Fortune 500 companies and corporate executives. Compensation:

$120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Represent a variety of employers in all facets of employment law matters, particularly litigation and advisory responsibilities.

Handle complex cases involving workplace disputes, employment compliance, and both individual and class action employment-related lawsuits.

Provide precise and strategic legal advice to corporate clients on various employment law issues to help navigate and avert potential legal matters.

Work effectively within a team of experienced lawyers to formulate and develop comprehensive defense strategies tailored to client needs.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislations and judicial decisions that may affect the firm's approach to cases and client advisories.

Contribute to the firm’s repository of legal knowledge and strategies on employment law practices that can be harnessed firm-wide.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

At least 2-3 years of concentrated experience in employment law, specifically representing employers.

Must have an active California Bar license.

Experience in dealing with California-specific employment law cases and regulations.

Exemplary legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Proven track record of managing multiple cases with different complexity levels effectively.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with or in Fortune 500 companies.

Proven success in resolving complex employment litigation favorably.

Exceptional client service skills and ability to handle client matters confidentially.

Experience in supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and legal staff.

Familiarity with digital legal research tools and case management software.

Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to persuade and influence others.
