Location: Norther Georgia, Chattanooga, TNReports To: Director of Human ResourcesJob Summary:Tarkett Sports is seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to support our functional department leaders and their teams. This role will play a critical part in shaping and evolving our HR strategy and the delivery of HR value creation while leading several key projects across these functions. The successful candidate will be a results-oriented strategic HR leader with a strong background in sales workforce management, employee engagement, employee experience, and compliance. Team leadership experience and project management skills are essential.Key Responsibilities:HR Leadership & Strategy:- Partner with Sales and Supply Chain leadership to develop and implement HR strategies and HR value creation that align with business goals and drive growth.- Lead the continued development of HR strategies to support talent management, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning.- Serve as the HR lead on several key projects, including talent development initiatives, employee engagement programs, and workforce optimization efforts.- Support the HR needs of the Indoor Sales Team workforce, with a focus on employee engagement, retention, and talent development.- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and manage performance management and incentive programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Compliance & Federal Contractor Requirements:- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, particularly those related to federal contractors (e.g., OFCCP, affirmative action plans).- Oversee compliance audits and ensure accurate reporting on all HR-related regulatory requirements.Team Management:- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.- Provide development opportunities to the HR team, helping them grow and succeed in their roles.Employee Relations & Communication:- Act as a trusted advisor to management, proactively preventing and resolving employee relations issues by providing sound guidance to leaders and fostering a positive, transparent work environment.- Implement initiatives to enhance communication and engagement between employees, management, and HR across Sales and Supply Chain functions.HR Program Development & Project Management:- Lead several HR projects on time and with high quality, including developing compensation plans, training programs, and diversity initiatives tailored to Sales and Supply Chain needs.- Work closely with leadership to design and implement HR programs that enhance talent development, workforce planning, and succession strategies.Qualifications:Education & Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR leadership role.- Experience managing HR for sales with a strong understanding of talent management and employee engagement in these areas. Prefer experience supporting supply chain function.- Experience strongly preferred working with federal contractor compliance and HR regulations (e.g., OFCCP, affirmative action plans).- Proven experience and a demonstrated track record of success leading HR projects and managing HR teams.- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and navigate cross-functional relationships.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities while driving results.- Expertise in talent management, employee relations, and workforce planning, particularly within sales and supply chain teams.- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with a focus on creating solutions that align with business objectives.Occasional travel required. Hybrid office environment and must be able to work from our Calhoun, GA work location a minimum of 1 day weekly + attend client facing and HR meetings in person, as required.What We Offer:A commitment that Safety is #1.
