The Director Global Compensation is responsible for the design, development, change management, and delivery of the enterprise Compensation strategy ensuring equity, fairness, consistency, and market competitiveness. This role will collaborate with the People & Strategy team to design, develop, implement, and execute Compensation strategy with methodology, tools, processes, and programs to lead an approach aligned with the overall Total Rewards strategy and Employee Value Proposition.Responsibilities:

Design and administer comprehensive compensation programs including job architecture, market benchmarking, and annual salary and incentive planning processes.Research and analyze pay data across multiple geographies ensuring pay standards are keeping pace with the local markets.Provide thought leadership to key stakeholders, including People Partners, Business Leaders and managers promoting the Compensation Philosophy.Design and deliver compensation concepts to the organization through various communication channels.Assess and propose process solutions that build sustainable, scalable, and equitable compensation frameworks.Partner with People Operations to ensure data integrity within the HRIS system.Conduct complex analysis to align salary planning budgets and develop models to distribute budgets to promote pay-for-performance.Manage vendor relationships to ensure optimal utilization.Establishment and maintenance of a global compensation governance model.Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in finance, human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Compensation (CCP) and/or Remuneration (GRP) certification preferred.Experience:

Minimum of 12 years of experience in strategy, design, planning, and implementation of innovative Total Rewards programs to include global compensation design, delivery, and communication with five (5) years leadership experience.Leadership:

Demonstrated leadership experience in managing HR or compensation teams within a multinational or global organization.Regulatory Knowledge:

Deep understanding of compensation regulations, including knowledge of local labour laws and practices across various countries.Strategic Thinking:

Proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align compensation and benefits with business objectives.Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and apply market data, organizational trends, and best practices to Total Rewards strategies.Communication:

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.Additional Requirements:
