Human Resource Business Partner
with at least 8 years of experience to join our team on a
6-month contract . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, HR generalist tasks, and HRIS & payroll management, with the ability to support operational HR functions. This contract role offers the potential for conversion to a permanent position based on performance and business needs.Key Responsibilities:Manage and support the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring across various roles and departments.Oversee and support active new employee onboarding to foster positive inductions into our program, enhance employer brand and support organizational goals.Champion the engagement survey to ensure managers and teams work together to build a great place to work.Provide day-to-day support to managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and HR initiatives.Oversee daily HR operations, including HRIS management, onboarding, and offboarding processes.Administer and maintain the HRIS, ensuring it supports payroll, benefits administration, and other HR functions effectively.Support in payroll processing, including tax calculations and compliance with payroll regulations.Maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS and generate reports for HR metrics, payroll, and compensation.Assist in managing key HR operational processes, such as compliance, HRIS upgrades, and process improvements.Implement regular employee engagement surveys (stay meetings) and ensure resulting initiatives are managed effectively.Identify opportunities to streamline HR and payroll processes and drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, including recruitment, HRIS, payroll management, and generalist HR activities.Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and MS Office tools, with the ability to analyze data and generate HR reports.Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.Takes responsibility for actions and maintains high ethical standards.Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative setting, including with remote team members.Contract Duration:
