Working closely with the People Business Partners, employment law, compliance, and business stakeholders, the desired candidate will develop and leverage ER best practices and processes to support our culture of decency and fairness consistent with Mastercard values and local laws. Hybrid flexible working is available.Role:Provide expert advice to HR, managers, and employees about company policies and processesInvestigate employee relations concerns, including complaints of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other work-related issuesPrepare investigative documentation, including interview notes and summary of findingsPrepare, track, and maintain appropriate investigation and reorganization data and documentationUse case management system to manage cases from intake to resolutionProvide and manage periodic reporting to relevant senior stakeholdersAbility to establish strong cross-functional relationships at all levels and geographiesPartner with relevant control functions on investigations and outcomesDevelop global guidance documents, materials, and training for HRDevelop, drive, and deliver employee relations strategies, guidelines, and proceduresPartner with internal employment counsel, compliance, and HR Business Partners to effectively manage employee relations issues/investigationsDevelop and deliver training regarding HR policy and processes for HR, business leaders, and employees as neededProven project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage global projectsCreate insights from data to inform process improvements to drive a culture consistent with Mastercard valuesAll About You:Experience advising on a wide range of employee relations issuesExperience in a multi-national, fast-paced organizationStrong knowledge of US employment law and strong investigative skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organize and analyze dataExcellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience, tact, and respectExceptional detail and follow-up skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSalary range:
