SAP - Training Developer

Your Role and Responsibilities:

Develop business process training using the methods:

Quick reference guides

Instructor-led training / Virtual instructor-led training

Web-based training

• Ensure new business process procedures are incorporated in training courses• Communicate and clarify course content with business process team• Revise training materials according to review process• Review and refine work instructions developed by the business process teams• Assist in identification of training environment requirements• Perform data load into training environment and set up tables and required master and transactional data for exercises and case scenarios• Test exercises for usability purposes• Educate, train and coach instructors• Deliver training to the organization (if required)• Report work progress to training leads and training manager

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

Training Content Developer (3-5+ years’ experience)

SAP Training & Training Material Development experience

Familiar with SharePoint, Access, Skype, Virtual Training a plus

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:

Instructional Design

Ability to work alone or with minimum supervision

Consistent communication with IBM and project team

Training development (Instructor Led, eLearning, etc.)

Exposure to ERP systems

Good time management

Ability to meet deadlines

Detail oriented

Required Education:

Bachelor's Degree
