OGC's Employment Law Unit provides legal guidance on personnel-related litigation matters. This attorney position is embedded in the FBI's Security Division. The incumbent will provide legal advice to FBI supervisors and executives on security related matters such as security investigations, security clearance denials, suspensions, and revocations. The incumbent will also represent the FBI and defend its decisions on appeal before the Department of Justice Access Review Committee.Minimum Requirements:
Must be a U.S. citizen.Must be able to obtain a Top-Secret/SCI clearance.Selectee may be required to complete form FD-887, Request for Access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).Selectee may be required to complete a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450 annually.
