To provide customers and the sales team with answers regarding all sales related inquiries as quickly and efficiently as possible.Roles and Responsibilities:Keep the CRM system up-to-date with leads and opportunities that derive from the web lead generator.Answer incoming phone calls and e-mails from the outside sales team, customers and distributors, as needed.Respond to inquiries of Stock Balance, Pricing and Availability of both parts and capital equipment.Assist in investigating problems relating to Inventory, Pricing, Deliveries, Returns, Credits, B9s, Tax credits, and Technical issues.Conduct post-delivery phone calls to drive customer satisfaction and attempt to upsell product at point of delivery.Provide parts proposals to customers upon arrival or based on fleet.Assist regional management as a liaison between customers and sales representatives and assisting Sales and management with routine and special requests and projects.Participate in Employee Development programs including product and application training, business and personal development. Goal is to build into an outside sales role for the Atlas Copco organization.Train dealers on the Atlas Copco tools.Communication Responsibilities:Communicate Administrative activities and work together to grow our business.Prepare necessary information at the request of the Customer Service Manager and other management team members.To succeed, you will need:Experience:
