This is an excellent opportunity for a student or soon to be graduate to gain hands-on experience working with data sets and building dashboards to inform business decisions.Here's what you will do in this role:Learn business systems and how data is created in Field Service. Perform ad-hoc analysis using SQL, and ETL skills along with report building as the business dictates.Generate ad-hoc queries to support Field Service analysis requests from internal/external stakeholders.Gather information, analyze data, and assist in special projects.Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings to various stakeholders.Work with Field Service leadership to gather requirements, data context and foster data-driven decision making across the organization.Required Skills:Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced, changing environment.Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.Experience with data analytics, data modeling, data management, and data reporting and visualization (Tableau, PowerBI or similar tools).Relevant experience with data systems migration and reporting systems (SQL, Teradata, Snowflake) desired.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge with Salesforce is desired.EducationThe candidate we seek will be graduating in 2025 or is currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Marketing, or related program.As a U.S. PACCAR intern, you have a full range of benefit options including:401k with up to a 5% company match.Medical, dental, and vision plans for you and your family.Flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings account (HSA).Life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance.EAP services include wellness plans, estate planning, financial counseling and more.Global Fortune 500 company with a wide array of growth, training, and development opportunities.Work alongside experienced goal-oriented colleagues recognized as experts in their field.Additional Job Board InformationAt PACCAR, we value talent and promote growth and development.
