Duties : Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Responsible for design, implementation, automated testing, and tier II support of the CRM applications on the Salesforce platform within the organizations' portfolio. Provide accountability for testing and quality assurance for mission critical enterprise applications. Drive a continuous improvement mentality to deliver robust performance testing strategies and methods. Promote excellent development practices for coded test frameworks, to include participating in code reviews and source control management. Coordinate End-to-End testing across different product and domain teams. Maintain tools used in test development including source control, test management and release systems. Mentor peers and staff on test engineering for QA, network with other automation teams and derive automation standard methodologies for continuous improvement. Position allows for partial remote work. Must live within reasonable commuting distance. Reports to company office in Westlake, TX. Subject to Schwab’s internal approach to workplace flexibility.
Starting compensation for this location depends on related experience. Annual bonus opportunity and other eligible earnings are not included in the range(s) above. We offer a competitive benefits package, see below for details.

Salary: $145,400 to $214,700 per year
What you have
Job Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field plus 6 years of progressive, post-Bachelor's related experience.
Experience must include some experience in each of the following skills: Test automation tools in C#, Java, Maven, BDD cucumber based framework, and Mabl; Testing Salesforce CRM, including SFDC SOQL explorer, SFDC Data Loaded tool, and administrative configuration changes on the SFDC platform; Atlassian suite of tools (Jira, Zephyr, and Confluence); DevOps and Continuous Integration tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, GIT, PCF, Harness, or Sauce labs); APIs Test automation with REST Assured or REST sharp, and web services validations using tools such as Postman or Swagger; Database Testing in Mongo DB, DB2, or SQL server; and Code Coverage tools such as SonarQube or N Cover.
