The Technical Infrastructure Lead will be responsible for the design, administration, and support of infrastructure implementations. Under limited supervision, the position provides direct technical leadership for all requirements in the planning, design, architect, coordination, programming, and implementation of releases, upgrades, or changes to infrastructure and information systems, hardware, software, transaction monitors, and the range of products and productivity tools that support testing and production environments. Location: Plymouth, MN - Hybrid or Remote What you will do: Team Lead: Mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure the team's success and professional development Infrastructure Design and Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and plan complex IT infrastructure solutions that meet the company's current and future needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices Lead technology, product selection, laying out infrastructure roadmap, enterprise-wide implementation and responsibility for purchase justification Implementation and Deployment: Oversee the implementation and deployment of IT infrastructure initiatives, projects including Azure cloud-based solutions, Windows and Linux environments, hardware, software, network, and SQL database Establish and recommend policies and standards on system use and services Design, build and enhance tooling and automation solutions for faster resolution using Site Reliability Engineering and DevOps methodologies Observability: Implement enterprise observability-AIOps technology and processes. Establish and automate proactive monitoring and maintenance processes to identify and address issues, and performance bottlenecks System Administration: Manage, automate, maintain the company's IT systems, including servers, networks, storage, database, and security infrastructure, to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security Security and Compliance: Design and implement Solutions based on provided security controls and enforce security standards Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization of IT infrastructure and systems, and lead initiatives to implement changes that enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability Level 3 escalation for Infrastructure team.
