Four additional years of experience may be substituted for a degreeMinimum of 3 years of related work experience in Windows Server AdministrationCurrent IAT Level II certification (i.e. CompTIA Security+ CE) or the willingness and ability to receive within 6 months of employmentAbility to support infrequent travel to other corporate sites as required.Preferred Qualifications:Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)Windows Server Administration and Active Directory AdministrationExperience with Microsoft SCCM or Microsoft Endpoint Configuration ManagerVirtual Platform experience (VMWare, HyperV)Strong organization and time-management skillsStrong knowledge of Windows 10, PCs (hardware and software), MS Office ApplicationsNetworking and Networking protocol (DHCP, DNS, SMTP, SNMP, etc.) knowledgeCross-platform experience (i.e. two or more: Windows, Linux, Solaris, OSC, UNIX, IRIX, etc.)Data center knowledge or experience (power, cooling, rack configuration, low voltage wiring)In support of pay transparency at Maxar, we disclose salary ranges on all of our U.S. job postings. We use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range. To accommodate all locations, we have listed the bottom to the top of the possible range, and will share the target range for a specific location during the recruiting discussion. Individual pay will be competitive based on a candidate's unique set of knowledge, skills, and geographic diversity, with earnings potential commensurate with experience.
