Job Description:The IT & PI Admin Coordinator will serve as a key support resource for the Personal Injury team, specializing in desktop troubleshooting and operational support. This role requires expertise in resolving hardware issues and providing basic software troubleshooting. As a SmartAdvocate (CRM) expert, you will train and guide team members in using the platform effectively, provide ongoing support and troubleshooting, and develop training materials to enhance team efficiency.
In addition to technical support, the IT & PI Admin Coordinator will assist an executive by preparing meeting agendas, compiling reports, managing schedules, and coordinating special projects as required. This role demands excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This position offers a unique blend of technical and operational responsibilities, providing the opportunity to support both technology and administrative needs within a dynamic legal team.
Responsibilities:Provide technical support for desktop hardware issues, with occasional basic software troubleshooting.Serve as the go-to resource for SmartAdvocate (CRM), offering in-depth knowledge and ongoing training for the team.Develop and maintain training materials, guides, and documentation for the effective use of SmartAdvocate.Assist an executive with administrative support, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings.Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items as needed.Handle special projects to support team and organizational goals.Requirements:Proven experience in IT troubleshooting, with a strong focus on desktop/hardware support.Expertise in SmartAdvocate and/or CRM software, with a demonstrated ability to train and support others.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills for team collaboration and training.
