We want you to apply!Job Summary and QualificationsWhat you will do in this role:Employee Relations and Engagement, including Diversity Compliance with all applicable policies and procedures.Organizational Design; Manager and Employee Development.Internal Communications & Change Management.Implementing Compensation, Benefits, Employee Development and other HR Center of Excellence initiatives.Supporting LOB response plans for regional disasters and emergencies.Engage LOB executives to understand talent needs of the businesses and define people strategies.Implement business performance, quality, and patient care initiatives.Partner with LOB executives and LOB HRVPs to uphold all compliance standards and create an environment of compliance/excellence.What qualifications you will need:Bachelor's degree Required.7+ years of experience in relevant work experience Required.Licenses, Certifications, & Training: PHR Preferred.Human Resources Group
