Job Description Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced TDS recruiter to join our Cushman & Wakefield Global Talent Acquisition - Corporate Recruiting Functions team. A successful candidate will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting on a global scale, with a strong focus on sourcing top-tier IT talent and building talent pipelines across diverse regions. The ideal candidate will have experience providing high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced, demanding technology environment. We are looking for an individual passionate about recruiting IT professionals, committed to excellent client service, and with a mindset for innovation and process improvement.
Responsibilities:
Manage full life cycle recruitment across Information Technology business units.
Generate a diverse, global candidate pool using various methods such as
IT-specific job boards , tech community forums, social media, professional networks, and membership organizations. Partner with the business to create efficient and effective recruitment strategies for sourcing,
global talent pipelining , and urgent requisitions across different time zones and regions. Conduct phone and video interviews with global applicants to ensure candidates meet technical qualifications and are a cultural fit for Cushman & Wakefield. Stay up-to-date on
emerging sourcing tools , tech recruiting trends, and best practices to optimize the recruitment process for
global IT talent. Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company, roles, and
global IT opportunities , reinforcing the values and culture of Cushman & Wakefield. Serve as a
C&W ambassador
in global tech communities to attract top IT talent to the company. Proactively build an ongoing pipeline of qualified IT candidates for critical and repeat positions to meet future global talent needs. Develop candidate pipelines through
IT-specific sourcing channels , recruitment campaigns, internet searches, referrals, global tech networks, and advertising. Support multiple searches and hiring managers across various regions simultaneously. Assist with managing and growing our
employment brand and recruiting presence
across
global tech-focused social media channels
(LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.). Collaborate on
global talent acquisition projects
and initiatives as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. 4-7+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally with a focus on
global IT recruitment
in a fast-paced, corporate technology environment. At least 1 year of prior experience recruiting within a
third-party IT staffing or tech recruitment agency
is highly preferred. Proven track record in
sourcing IT talent , and demonstrated experience managing global recruitment processes. Familiarity with recruiting
across multiple regions
and understanding local labor markets and global hiring trends within the technology sector. Strong technology proficiency, including experience with
social media recruiting, talent databases, and process mapping
tools for IT roles. Hands-on experience with
Workday
or other
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) ; familiarity with tech-focused tools and platforms is a plus. Exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills, especially in managing
global recruitment schedules . Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, especially in a
global IT recruiting context .
