Complex Litigation Construction Practice as Special Counsel

Jacksonville, Miami, Orlando, or Tampa office .This
prestigious, full-time, non-partner track role demands expertise in managing multi-party construction defect litigation with a high level of autonomy .Candidate Requirements:Exceptional
self-motivation and focus, paired with outstanding oratory, research, and writing skills .Extensive courtroom or arbitration experience is required, including conducting discovery, drafting substantive dispositive motions, and substantial deposition work.Some trial or evidentiary hearing experience is also necessary .Foundational understanding of insurance risk transfer issues for property damage claims
is essential. Superior organizational and time management skills are crucial.Candidates must also:Be in good standing, and an active member of the
Florida Bar ;Have a
JD from an ABA accredited law school ;Board Certified in Construction Law
