Progyny is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead the planning, development, execution, and evaluation of marketing initiatives that support the company's strategic partner audiences, including channel relationships, health plans, and consultant relations.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in the employer benefits industry, with a successful history of supporting sales teams and creating effective collateral to educate, promote, and generate interest in healthcare benefits.
What you'll do...
Create, execute and manage a marketing strategy targeting key audiences within Progyny's strategic partners.
Develop, maintain, and iterate on materials needed, such as PowerPoint decks and slides, one pagers, brochures, digital leave behinds, etc., to amplify Progyny's message and leadership in the benefits space.
Plan and manage webinars and other educational events such as lunch and learns for our partners, including scheduling, presentation creation, follow up, etc.
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to manage ongoing needs and requests, gathering feedback and refining messages and materials to help promote Progyny to target audiences.
Collaborate with the enterprise marketing team to create, adapt and utilize content marketing assets, including articles, blogs, whitepapers, toolkits, guides, etc.
Work closely with the digital team to support digital marketing strategies, such as paid ads, landing pages, website, etc., targeting channel partners, health plans, and other partnerships.
Manage incoming requests from these audiences, such as RFP and prospect requests.
Regularly audit materials channel partners are using and ensure they have the most up-to-date materials, decks, brochures, case studies, etc.
Measure and track progress, in conjunction with Sales partners.
Work with Progyny's subscription-based partners annually to identify and execute sponsored tactics, including newsletters, case studies, webinars, and speaking opportunities.
About you...
10+ years of experience in the employer benefits space/healthcare experience preferred.
Expertise in creating effective B2B sales enablement tools and marketing campaigns for HR/benefits buyers and benefits consultants.
Strong oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to develop and manage strong cross-functional relationships and be able to effectively communicate to both internal and external partners in a fast-paced environment.
Strong project management skills, with an ability to drive creative and technical aspects while maintaining project momentum.
Proven track record of leading with a solutions-first mindset to overcome challenges and execute on innovative strategies and tactics.
Preferred experience with marketing automation tools and CRMs (Salesforce, Pardot, Marketing Cloud or similar).

In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary range for NYC-based applicants is:
$135,000 - $145,000.
There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
