Who You Are
The Sales Strategy Coordinator will provide administrative support to our Sales Strategy teams who are responsible for the development of the market, prospective clients, and existing books of business. Your high attention to detail and accuracy will be paramount in supporting our teams. Reporting to the Manager, Sales Strategy, you will work closely with the Sales Strategists, Sales Executives, and Salon Directors ensuring they have the tools needed to capitalize on and continue to foster client relationships. Success in this role means you have an innate ability to work with data and articulate insights with clarity, possess a hunger to learn about all areas of the company and the luxury world, exhibit flexibility in aligning with business demands, and possess impeccable organizational prowess.
What You Will Do
Maintain accurate client records and sales notes in the CRM.
Work cross-functionally with the Experience team to gather and enter event data related to upcoming events across the brand, recording relevant information in the CRM database while keeping track of needs for a complete event entry.
Conduct thorough research on target profiles, circles of influence, connections, and organizational ties for prospective clients.
Build demographic analytics by using Excel and maximize the use of the existing sales analytics tools in the CRM to deliver useful patterns and insights to your Sales Strategy team.
Help monitor Salon teams KPIs alongside Sales Strategists to ensure team success.
Collaborate with Sales Strategists and Salon Directors in the market to assist in creating individual and market-level strategies.
Assist with revenue-related projects as needed.

Pay Transparency
Targeted base compensation is $28.00 hourly plus annual bonus. The total compensation package is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
