We’re seeking an ambitious SDR who will play a pivotal role in driving our sales and growth objectives. This hybrid role is split between nurturing inbound leads and pre-qualifying outbound leads, helping create a pipeline of opportunities for the sales team. As the first point of contact, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, be eager to learn, grow, and develop, and enjoy being a team player who wears multiple hats.Salary Range: $54,000 - $89,000Variable Comp: $12,000 - $34,000You’ll Be Doing
Research and target potential clients to create targeted outbound strategies.Contact prospects via email, phone, and social media to introduce our services and set up meetings.Qualify leads and assess the potential for business opportunities.Engage and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and events.Maintain a timely and professional response cadence to nurture leads through the buyer’s journey.Identify key decision-makers and gather relevant information for the sales team.Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads into the sales pipeline.Track and manage prospect interactions and updates in our CRM system.Stay informed about Bitcoin trends and market developments to communicate our value proposition effectively.Target Achievement

High energy, proactive, go-getter mentality and personality with a passion for salesProven experience in a sales or lead generation role, with a track record of achieving targets.Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to engage prospects effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with the Bitcoin and cryptocurrency space is a plus.Experience using CRM systems and sales automation tools.Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Track and report on marketing performance, providing regular updates to the entire team.Why Join Us?
