We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Total Reward Business Partner (TRBP) Director to join the Global Total Rewards Center of Excellence (COE) team at Yum! Brands.
Salary Range: $160,400-$188,800 annually + bonus eligibility.
This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
As the TRBP Director, you will be the strategic rewards point of contact for our Brand Chief People Officers (CPOs), will sit on the Global TR Leadership team, and report directly to the VP of TR. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for leading a team, driving global reward initiatives, and providing top tier consulting & partnership. Responsibilities:
Global COE Strategy: Will sit on the Global Total Rewards COE Leadership team, contributing to the strategy & evolution of the global TR COE, including providing input on overall Reward strategies, global governance, prioritization, and harmonization.
Strategic TR Business Partner & Consultant: Act as a strategic TR business partner and consultant for Brand CPOs and Leadership Teams. Strategic point of contact for all high-profile or high-impact talent moves or global projects.
Program input & global rollout strategy: Partner with Design team to provide strategic input into all key global programs, processes, systems, tools, & frameworks. Lead strategic brand alignment & global implementation strategy, and oversee team in rollout execution.
Strategic oversight of key TR processes: Provide strategic oversight of key global and cross-brand TR processes (such as the year-end performance & rewards process).
Team Leadership & Development: Build out the growing TRBP model, strategy, and structure. Position will lead and develop a team of 6+ Total Reward Business Partners & Analysts.
Experience:
Experience: Minimum of 12+ years of experience in Compensation/Total Rewards, with a proven track record in a similar leadership role.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and provide input on global programs, processes, and frameworks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong ability to collaborate with various departments, including HR, Finance, and Operations.
Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor a team of Total Reward professionals.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to provide insights and recommendations based on data.
