AscentUP Recruitment Coordinator
plays a pivotal role in screening and matching candidates for entry-level roles, ensuring successful alignment between candidates and employers. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with experience in recruitment of early-career professionals. Responsibilities include evaluating candidates, conducting intake meetings, and working closely with the Employer Relationship Manager to match candidates with appropriate roles.Qualities we’re looking for:Passionate about AscentUP’s mission and purpose.Detail-oriented with the ability to handle candidate evaluations meticulously.Strong interpersonal skills to connect with early-career professionals and provide constructive feedback.Creative in assessing and matching candidates to roles.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.In this role you will be responsible for:Screening and Matching:Conduct reviews of applications and resumes to assess fit and readiness for available projects.Collaborate with the Employer Relationship Manager to align candidates with employers based on staffing needs and project suitability.Manage the matching process to ensure monthly goals are met.Identify potential gaps in candidates’ skills and recommend specific interventions.Provide real-time coaching to candidates to enhance their professional readiness.Explore and implement tools to streamline intern assessments.Candidate Development:Conduct 1x1 intake meetings with candidates to assess their interests and skills.Provide professional skill-building feedback and resources during the intake process.Prepare candidates for success by coordinating targeted interventions.Reporting and Metrics:Track matching outcomes and report success metrics to leadership.Identify and implement improvements in reporting.Competitive pay with bonus, and comprehensive benefits package that includes:Base salary of $70,000 commensurate with experience, plus bonus and options.Company Stock Options.401(k) + Company Match.Medical, dental, and vision coverage.Annual HSA contribution of $1,600.Life insurance, disability, and critical illness.14 Paid Holidays: Eleven (11) + Two (2) Community Days + Your Birthday!Snacks and drinks in the office.Tuition reimbursement program.Generous paid leave policies.$2,000 Vacation Incentive Plan after 3 years + $1,000 Sabbatical Day.Wellness, Work from Home funds, and more!
