Our wholesale network covers more than 150 countries and our retail presence consists of over 9,100 retail stores across the globe.GENERAL FUNCTIONSThe Supply Chain Business System Analyst performs statistical and analytical studies; fulfillment improvement tools, business cases, and presentations/publications according to prescribed guidelines, solves organizational information problems and requirements by analyzing data, designing and automating reports. Manages business process changes and configuration, and provides business consultancy, change management and system support.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESBudgeting and Planning:

Provides information and assists supply chain staff in budget preparation, implementation, and control; prepares, balances, compiles, and enters budget data; performs statistical analysis of budgets; monitors and evaluates budgets for suitability to ensure compliance.Fulfillment and Service Reporting:

Prepares reports and presentations required by Supply Chain Departments. Works with the business to analyze and document business needs and identify, evaluate and document reporting and system requirements. Assists teams in compiling data and interpreting service level data; maintains statistical reports and key performance indicators.Research and Data Analysis:

Researches and analyzes financial and business data; creates, organizes, and maintains files; retrieves and organizes data into required reporting formats; identifies cost savings/value improvement opportunities and resolves inquiries; recommends solutions ensuring that corrections or changes are implemented properly.Reporting:

Determines operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats. Prepares technical reports and summarizes information and trends to drive report automation initiatives. Works with the SAP team on identifying program requirements. Identifies issues, problems and innovative ideas to optimize the operation of the SAP environment and related applications.Project Management:

Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements. Leads and monitors project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports and recommending actions. Improves processes and systems by studying current practices and designing modifications. Actively participates in new project initiatives including the testing and deployment of new processes and system capabilities, enhancements or fixes.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s Degree in Business or related3+ years of Operations or Supply Chain experienceKnowledge of generally accepted financial/business analytic principles and procedures; financial/business case preparation, statistical methods and technical writingAble to interpret and explain complex data/analyticsAble to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervisionFactual and data driven decision maker with strong written and oral communication skillsKnowledge and ability to promote Process ImprovementAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Software applicationsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSMaster’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or relatedSAP highly desiredPlanning and inventory management experiencePay Range: 79,577.70 - 112,432.05Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
