Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Technical Project Manager
with an active
Secret Security Clearance
to lead and oversee cloud-based projects in a government environment. The Technical Project Manager will manage the end-to-end execution of Oracle Cloud projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with security and government regulations.
U.S. Citizenship is required
for this role due to federal regulations regarding security clearance eligibility.Responsibilities
Project Planning and Management:Lead Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) projects, including planning, execution, tracking, and successful completion within timelines and budgets.Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure they align with client requirements and objectives.Manage resources effectively, collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, and security personnel.Technical Oversight:Provide technical guidance on Oracle Cloud implementations and integrations, leveraging a strong understanding of OCI architecture.Ensure the successful configuration, deployment, and optimization of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure solutions in line with government requirements.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, coordinating with Oracle and internal teams as necessary.Risk Management and Compliance:Identify potential project risks, establish mitigation plans, and proactively monitor and report on risk factors.Ensure adherence to federal security standards, compliance requirements, and organizational policies.Oversee system security measures, manage data protection strategies, and ensure compliance with relevant DoD and federal regulations.Stakeholder Communication:Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, providing regular project updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.Present progress reports to senior management, stakeholders, and government clients, detailing project milestones, risks, and next steps.Foster strong relationships with clients and partners, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and trust.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain thorough documentation of project activities, including technical specifications, change requests, and compliance records.Prepare and submit required reports, documentation, and security assessments in alignment with client and federal guidelines.Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all project documentation to support audits and compliance reviews.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Active Secret Security Clearance
(required).PMPU.S. Citizenship
(required due to federal regulations regarding security clearance eligibility).5+ years of experience in technical project management, specifically with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or similar cloud environments.Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) architecture, networking, and security.Proven experience managing federal or government-related technology projects.Salary: $170,000 - $220,000 a year
