This individual is one who strives to efficiently align cross-functional collaborators, has a keen business sense, sound judgment, and can thoughtfully develop scalable frameworks to support complex programs with measurable business outcomes. This role will be instrumental in developing methods for teams to work seamlessly across organizational lines. The Lead Product Operations Analyst is a creative problem-solver, even in the face of more complex, or larger-scale deliverables. This individual will be able to tell a story based on data to ensure the team plays a critical role in getting Docusign’s products into the hands of our customers.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Director, Program Management. ResponsibilityDevelop scalable frameworks to support the product lifecycle, using first-hand experience in product to identify areas for improvement, and drive the implementation and governance of best practices and standards that connect operating lines across functionsContribute to business reviews and decision making forums, providing a neutral perspective based on scorecards and frameworks instituted as part of the product lifecycle governanceDrive key business and product decisions to be made cross functionally among senior leadership teams at pivotal moments in the product life cycleDeliver influential and impactful presentations and other communications that lead to better functional and cross-functional understanding and alignment on objectives and path forwardDrive written and verbal communications around the product lifecycle, its intersections with business reviews and other operating rhythms, and clearly articulate decisions needed and path forward in a clear and concise manner to a wide range of partners across functionsIdentify complex problems and issues across the organization and define and lead programs and processes to solve themInfluence and advise team members, critical collaborators and executive management across organizations to act and drive programs to completionEstablish and lead operating processes and tools for effectively managing the organizationChampion quick and effective decision making, and hold self and team members accountable for reaching goalsJob DesignationHybrid:Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required.
