Rich AV Design is a high-end residential Audio / Video Installation Company serving primarily New York City, Fairfield County, CT, and Long Island.
We are seeking experienced installers and programmers to join our team. The right candidate is passionate about home automation and cutting-edge technology, customer service oriented, and will be able to take pride in their work.
Job Description / Daily Tasks Include:
Programming new and existing Savant and Lutron lighting and shading systems
Setup new wired / wireless networks
Troubleshoot existing installations
Help other team members as required
Provide technical support to both customers and other team members
Requirements:
Minimum 5 Years of AV Experience
Experience in A/V integration including equipment rack fabrication, site preparation, termination and calibration of audio and video equipment, and implementation of control systems
Proficient with networks, routers, firewalls, managed switches, and WiFi access points
Proficient with both PC and Mac
Experience terminating Cat5/6, coaxial cable, and fiber with a variety of connectors, infrastructure cabling, and termination skills
Ability to quickly and logically troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
