PA/NP for Hematology-Oncology

Location: Farmington, Connecticut

1099 Contract Position

Shifts- 10 hour shifts

Description:

- 100% Adult med; 8-10 patients per shift

- Support Staff: RNs, MA, COA

-Independently evaluates patients, documents plan of care, some new patient evaluations (benign and malignant hematology), manages chemo toxicities.

EMR: Epic

Requirements:

Active CT License

BLS or ACLS

DEA

Chemotherapy prescribing experience (certification)
