3+ years of scientists or machine learning engineers management experienceKnowledge of ML, NLP, Information Retrieval and AnalyticsAt least 5 years experience in building large-scale machine learning and solutions at scaleAt least 2 years programming experience in Java, Python, Scala, C++, or other mainstream languageExcellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts and solutions to all levels of the organizationPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience building machine learning models or developing algorithms for business applicationExperience building complex software systems, especially involving deep learning, machine learning and computer vision, that have been successfully delivered to customersPhD in Computer Science, Information Retrieval, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing.Experience with Internet-scale distributed technologies.Published research work in academic conferences or industry circles.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
