Position Summary
Leads team to develop enterprise-wide and/or cross-functional solutions to address business problems, resulting in initiatives that significantly impact organizational strategy, enabling the organization to be competitive in the marketplace and effectively serve its customers. Collaborates across the organization to optimize the achievement of strategic business objectives to include profitable growth and improved organizational effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
10-15 years work experience
Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
Adept at business intelligence
Adept at collaboration and teamwork
Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills
Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
Preferred Qualifications
Define processes and assignments for researching, collecting, analyzing, and compiling data and information for the business consulting department reports
Develop and implement processes for auditing files, reports, and financial records, to assure security and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Communicate with top management regarding business operations and market trends by providing analysis and recommending solutions.
Communicate strategically internally and externally with clients, and senior management regarding the goals and objectives of the business.
Counsel the internal and external department point of contact ensuring concise communication with employees, stakeholders, and members of the senior management.
Advise management regarding current business trends and best practices preparing analysis for senior management, stakeholders, and clients.
Control all systems for performance appraisals within the business consulting department ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
Administer strategic review processes ensuring continuous improvement, compliance, and high-performance standards are upheld.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is: $100,000.00 - $231,540.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
