Please review the following job description:Senior-level Talent technology consultant responsible for collaborating with Talent leaders to effectively manage centralized Talent technology and data in support of corporate and business strategy. Design, implement, and support learning execution strategies, reporting, and analytics. Oversees complex learning assignments such as those with compliance or regulatory impact. Drives medium to high complexity technology projects to success.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide consultation to HR and business partners with respect to tracking and evaluating learning data. Interpret internal/external business challenges and apply a comprehensive understanding of how the organization operates to recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
Collaborate on all new learning deployments to identify the requirements and level of reporting, and ensure that program design incorporates the appropriate data elements to meet those objectives.
Establish standards and procedures for report requests, fulfillment, QA, and report customizations.
Impact the achievement of client, operational, project, service, and risk management objectives.
Develop learning data management and governance processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve data issues and lead in the development of complex reporting solutions. Execute on descriptive reports, standard report customizations, and data visualization requests.
Lead teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and complexity. Mentor less experienced teammates to build their own technical expertise.
Use sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions, leveraging predictive and prescriptive analytics to impact learning operations and evaluation.
Stay current with emerging technologies and trends to proactively identify improvements and/or comply with policies and regulations.
Act as liaison between lines of business and Enterprise Technology partners to ensure requirements are understood and met, and resources are appropriately allocated to projects.
QUALIFICATIONSRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, and/or equivalent work experience.
Five years of demonstrated deep specialized and/or broad knowledge within the Learning and Development or human resources/talent development disciplines.
Ability to translate technical and non-technical metrics and business KPIs and act as a bridge between technical and non-technical internal stakeholders.
Ability to lead projects of significant complexity and risk exposure. Ability to exercise judgment in solving technical, operational, and organizational challenges in the context of business objectives and priorities.
Demonstrated experience with Tableau, Cognos, and Qlikview. Proficient with SQL queries and Excel.
Ability to influence others to adopt a new perspective.
Knowledge of the industry’s competitive landscape and an understanding of the market and factors that shape the industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Educational Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Science or equivalent.
Experience in technology implementation project management.
Previous experience in the banking industry.
Previous experience working in an Agile environment.
Experience with compliance or regulatory training assignments.
