Summary of Job Responsibilities:
The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Manager of Policy and Procedure is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Policy and Procedure program, supporting the composition of new policies and procedures, management of the review and approval process, and providing education for document composition and operation of SCF’s policy and procedure database and application. The Manager of Policy and Procedure serves as the primary point of contact for all policy and procedure needs and ensures SCF convention and appropriate style is adhered to in all SCF policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in journalism, English, or related degree; OR equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
Five (5) years of documented experience writing proposals, policies, procedures, or other substantial documents.
Two (2) years of experience supervising a team of eight (8) or more employees.
Native Preference:
Under P.L. 93-638, as amended, the company pursues a policy of Native preference in hiring, contracting, and training.
