Little Caesars is a company where our colleagues make an impact.Your Mission:The Director, Global Marketing Finance is responsible for leading all aspects of the finance team supporting the global marketing organization. The Finance Director’s team will be responsible for providing support for strategic initiatives, financial analysis, campaign tracking, sales and channel mix reporting, oversight of US Caesar Fund and Canadian National Advertising Fund. The Finance Director also supports budgeting, forecasting, and review of departmental spending. This position acts as finance partner for the Chief Marketing Officer and their various teams.How You'll Make an Impact:Leads a team of finance professionals to support the leadership of the global marketing team.Manages a team consisting of managers and financial analysts. These responsibilities entail hiring, coaching, development, training, and performance management. Ensure timely annual performance reviews for all team members along with mid-year reviews.Responsible for providing direction to the global marketing team including but not limited to:Trends in the domestic businessIdentifying the best promotions and offers for product and promotional campaignsManagement of sales channel performancePrepares forecasts and pro-forma analysis of various business initiatives to enable optimal decision-making aligned to company financial goals.Possesses ability to lead and influence senior leaders to improve system sales and improve franchisee profitability.Delivers formal presentations to franchisees at the national marketing committee meetings, global business conference, and finance forums.Provides leadership and guidance to senior leadership across the company with the preparation of various presentations including the global business conference presentations.Projects vary widely in scope, but typical projects include analysis of marketing tests, R&D tests, marketing campaigns, price point analysis, and other general business challenges.Manages the departmental expense budgeting process for the global marketing team and works with budget owners to ensure proper planning and funding.Consults with non-financial business partners, providing sound financial advice and support as requested.Responsible for managing inputs for strategic planning and any ad hoc initiatives.Additional projects as assigned.Who You Are:Bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics, business, or a related degree.Ability to lead a discipline or function and partner with the most senior members of an organization to plan, execute strategies, and lead the business.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proven ability to communicate complex issues and problems and highlight pertinent details.High aptitude for advanced data analysis and creating financial metrics critical to measuring and managing the business.Minimum of ten to thirteen (10-13) years of experience in a role requiring in-depth experience including managing a team, utilizing analytical tools, techniques, and financial reporting systems to maximize business performance.Able to operate at a high-level of critical thinking and problem solving while working cross-functionally with other teams.Ability to lead, inspire, and initiate transformative finance systems and support aligned to company short-term and long-term strategic objectives.Demonstrated ability to make decisions based on sound business acumen and decision-making practices.High-level of organization skills with proven ability to manage and motivate others.Thorough familiarity, at an advanced level, with the use of Microsoft Excel and Power Point.Ability to interact directly, with little or no oversight, with franchisees, cross-functional business partners, and senior leadership. Must be adept at preparing and delivering written communications, verbal communications, and formal presentations.Demonstrated teamwork approach to achieve results and drive positive change.Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent post-graduate degree OR advanced finance or accounting certification such as CFA, CMA, or CPA.Restaurant industry experience or retail industry experience preferably with large, multi-national company.Proficiency with Oracle applications including Hyperion Financial Management.All items listed above are illustrative and not comprehensive.
