We are seeking an experienced Estate Manager to oversee the smooth operation of a 10,000 SF household in Greenwich, CT. The ideal candidate will ensure property standards are upheld, manage household staff and vendors, and coordinate family events. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented approach to maintain a serene and organized environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily household operations, including cleaning, property maintenance, and scheduling.
· Manage household staff, recruit and train new hires, and ensure adequate coverage.
· Coordinate family events, gatherings, and guest visits, providing a high level of service.
· Serve as the main point of contact for vendors, overseeing their work and maintaining service standards.
· Perform errands, including meal planning and preparation, ensuring household needs are met.
· Assist with domestic tasks such as pet care, vehicle management, shopping, and travel coordination.
· Maintain household manuals, budgets, and inventories, ensuring smooth daily operations.
· Regularly inspect the property, address issues proactively, and provide feedback to staff.
· Uphold discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
Experience managing household staff, including payroll.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility with work hours, including occasional weekends and evenings.
Valid driver's license
Must hold a valid US passport or Green Card.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $130K-140K
