Our services include digital marketing, user experience, creative development, optimization, and eCommerce with high-level partnerships with Adobe, Magento and Salesforce.As an integral member of the digital marketing team, you will work on projects that help our clients optimize their MarTech stack, including MAPs, CRMs, CDPs, Data Warehouses, and other tools. You will provide technical expertise and strategic guidance to our clients. Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing engaging, data-driven customer journeys that align with clients' marketing objectives and drive conversions and assisting with the assessment of clients' MarTech stack, identifying areas for improvement.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage multi-channel campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) using Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Advertising, Web Studio, Audience Builder, and Einstein.Develop marketing campaign strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ideate, plan, and execute campaigns that leverage the MarTech stack.Research and audit client tools and vendors, making data-based recommendations, and participating in planning client estimates and scopes of work.Collaborate with clients' Marketing, Sales, and IT teams to understand their data challenges and business requirements.Create client presentations, reports, and other deliverables related to MarTech optimization and campaign performance.Stay up to date with the latest trends and innovations in the MarTech landscape to support clients in tool selection and adoption.Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a technology-related field.2+ years of experience managing marketing automation platforms in a digital marketing, marketing operations, or consulting role (SFMC preferred. Adobe Campaign, HubSpot, Marketo, and Account Engagement a plus).In-depth understanding of data best practices including data protection regulations (CAN-SPAM, CCPA, GDPR).In-depth understanding of marketing automation best practices and campaign optimization, including email, SMS, and A/B testing.Knowledge of demand generation and lead nurture strategies.Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in an agency/consulting setting.Strong understanding of the marketing technology stack, including marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and data management platforms.Experience with SQL, AMPscript, and Automation Studio in SFMC.
