This is a chance to make a significant impact at a company that is shaping the future of AI and data management.Our commitment to innovation, customer success, and market leadership makes this an exciting and rewarding role for a driven professional looking to make a lasting impact in the world of AI and data storage.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Tax Accountant.ResponsibilitiesPreparation of federal and state income tax provision and return work-papers for C corporationsPreparation of federal and state withholding/composite tax calculations and returnsPreparation and/or review of sales and use tax returns monthly/quarterlyPreparation of state apportionment work-papersPreparation of monthly and quarterly tax provisions for various domestic corporationsPreparation of property tax and business tax fillings and coordination of timely tax paymentsReview federal, state and foreign income tax returns and foreign indirect tax returnsAnalyze and prepare book/tax differences for domestic and foreign tax returnsPerform tax researchAssist with handling of tax notices and auditsPosition RequirementsMinimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from an accredited college/universityMinimum of 1 year of general tax experience or public accounting experienceProficient in use of Excel and WordSelf-starter, flexible, collaborative team memberExcellent communication skills (written, verbal, technical and non-technical)Accounting, analytical, organizational and multitasking skills are essentialAble to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal colleagues and/or external contactsPreferred QualificationsCPA licensePublic Accounting experience preferredProfessional Skills RequirementsDemonstrated ability to deliver on assigned responsibilities through pursuing excellence, impeccable attention to detail, and use of effective interpersonal and communication skillsFlexibility to adapt to shifting priorities, manage deadlines, and support dynamic initiatives in fast-paced environmentInquisitive self-starter, ability to thrive within the firm's fast paced and client focused environment with shifts in prioritiesQuick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skillsProficient in Microsoft ExcelTargeted Salary:
