Connor Group is hiring remote professionals for this position, with the obligation to work onsite at a client location when required. Our team of highly experienced professionals assists financial executives with their most critical business needs, by way of providing Accounting Advisory, Financial Operations, IPO, M&A, and Operational Accounting services.

Responsibilities

Manage and complete assigned project areas, creating high quality deliverables, including providing appropriate direction and supervision to junior team membersPrepare project plans, including key milestones and deliverables, and track and report on status, progress and risksParticipate in and facilitate engagement team and client meetings and presentationsLead and train junior team membersPrepare and monitor budgets and client billingsDevelop specialized expertise in multiple areas, solutions, and/or technology toolsDesired Skills & Experience

Good understanding of key business and finance processes (close process, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, equity, etc.)Experience in helping companies identify improvements in key process areas and in assisting with implementing those improvementsExcellent interpersonal, writing, communication, and presentation skillsExperience managing teams and projectsBusiness consulting experienceStrong analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent Excel and PowerPoint skillsExposure to financial systems and tools beneficial (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, BlackLine, Zuora, Coupa, Hyperion, Business Intelligence Databases)CPA and or MBA beneficialSix Sigma Green or Blackbelt beneficialMinimum 5 -7 years consulting/industry experience requiredA willingness to travel (About 10%)
