POSITION OVERVIEW

The Corporate Director of Digital Transformation and Marketing Integration will be instrumental in spearheading technology initiatives, website optimizations, and platform rollouts that drive resident acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role will ensure the performance, reliability, and seamless integration of new technologies and platforms across the company portfolio. This position combines IT infrastructure expertise with dynamic marketing strategies to enhance the company digital presence and optimize multiple websites. The ideal candidate will be both creative and analytical, demonstrating strong skills in information technology, digital marketing, and technology implementation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Lead website development, design enhancements, and optimization strategies to increase traffic, improve user experience, and boost conversion rates.

Supervise the design, optimization, and content management of property websites to improve search engine rankings.

Understand integration functionality between different property technologies such as AI virtual leasing assistant technology, self-showing and virtual tour technology, advanced AI chatbot technology, integrated digital leasing platform technology, and intelligent document processing technology.

Stay current on emerging property technology trends and tools that can enhance property exposure, support business growth, and improve the resident experience.

Oversee the company portfolio websites, ensuring they contain the most current and innovative technology systems for lead conversion and user experience.

Conduct routine audits of property websites to ensure standardization, efficient plug-in performance, and information accuracy.

Compare the performance of competing digital products.

Utilize data analytics and market research to drive strategic decisions, identify trends, and measure campaign performance.

Assist with troubleshooting efforts related to website, online leasing, and social media issues by identifying the root cause and engaging appropriate internal and external parties to resolve.

Help facilitate interdepartmental communication as needed to evaluate potential new technologies and to enhance and troubleshoot existing solutions and their respective API integrations.

Manage third-party relationships with marketing vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure value and quality.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

7+ years of experience in IT management and digital marketing, ideally within the real estate or multifamily industry.

Experience with app development and website development preferred.

High level of creativity with a strong eye for design, branding, and resident engagement.

Proven expertise in both information technology systems management and digital marketing channels, tools, and strategies.

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Detail-oriented and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
