Human Resources Business Partner
to join our North America HR Team. As a strategic HR professional, the Human Resources Business Partner will support the leaders across multiple business units and autonomously manage the demands of the day-to-day human resources needs.Primary responsibilities will include:Managing the areas of employee performance, annual compensation, and ongoing training and development needsBe strategic and hands-on by being a change agent through talent management and strategic initiativesBe a trusted advisor to multiple business unit leadersPartner with leaders to resolve employee relations issuesAct as the first line of support for employee's needsResponsible for conducting all needs regarding onboarding and offboardingRespond to inquiries regarding benefits and corporate policies in a professional and timely mannerCollaborate by working together and learning from one another as we thrive in a team environment.Our Ideal Candidate will have the following skills and abilities:3+ years of HR experience, ideally in a variety of HR disciplinesExcellent oral and written communicationFollow-up skills with exceptional attention to detailA strong team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environmentStrong emotional intelligence to support diverse organizations, cultures, and personalitiesGood consultative skills and strong ability/willingness to identify and constructively address and resolve challenges that ariseAbility to adapt and work with business units in different time zonesKnowledge of Human Resources best practices, policies, and labor lawAbility to navigate the Microsoft Suite of products: Microsoft Excel and PowerPointBachelor's Degree required; PHR/SPHR is a plusIf you don't meet 100% of the requirements, we encourage all who feel they might be a fit for the opportunity to apply.
