CPA certification required
Proficiency in Excel; experience with CCH ProSystems or Axcess preferred
Industry experience in manufacturing, construction, non-profit, or employee benefit plans is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
Prepare and review complex tax returns
Advise clients on tax planning strategies
Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations
Collaborate with team members to provide outstanding service
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and industry developments
Qualifications
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
Proven experience in public accounting with a focus on tax
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax preferred
