Inglewood, California, United StatesSummaryAs a Senior Director of Product Management, you will be the driving force behind the development and optimization of our subscription-based fan facing experience NFL+. You will lead a talented team of product managers responsible for executing the product and experience vision across Web, Mobile, Tablet, Connected Devices and Smart TVs. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and leverage your deep understanding of media, subscription-based products to deliver exceptional user experiences both in and out of season. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing strong product management teams, a collaborative approach to working with design and engineering, and a strong background in media subscription services.ResponsibilitiesDefine Product Strategy : Work with a variety of stakeholders across the NFL to develop and execute the product strategy for our fan facing experiences, focusing on delivering compelling sports content and building awareness for our premium assets and subscription business.Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with engineering, design, content, marketing, direct-to-consumer, ad sales, legal, and business development teams to define the long-term strategy and tactics to support our many business priorities.Market Research and Analysis : Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the media subscription landscape.User-Centric Approach : Champion a user-centric approach to product development, incorporating user feedback, usability testing, and data analysis to continually improve and refine our platforms and subscription experiences.Performance Measurement : Define key performance metrics and utilize data-driven insights to measure the success of our Platform products and subscription business.Team Leadership : Guide a talented team of product managers to reach their full potential. Develop, direct, coach, mentor, and align team members with the mission, vision, values, goals, and performance standards set for the organization.Domain Skills : A deep understanding of agile software development practices and audience acquisition tactics in support of marketing and subscription businesses.Required Qualifications12+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on media distribution, subscription services, and preferably in the sports industry.Deep understanding of sports media and subscription content consumption habits.Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality consumer experiences.Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Extensive experience working in an agile development environment.Comfortable working in a matrixed product development organization.Terms / Expected Hours of WorkNFL employees are required to work 40 hours per week.Salary / Pay RangeThis job posting contains a pay range of $200,000 - $240,000 USD.
