Through your leadership, your team will make a real impact every day.Sodexo Schools is seeking a resource General Manager 3 Food - Schools to lead our partnership with our schools segment located in Northern New Jersey. The General Manager 3 will direct all contract management service operations. This is a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in shaping the future growth and success of our school food programs. Experience in K-12 Child Nutrition and NSLP required.The successful candidate will:Have oversight of day-to-day operations;Deliver high quality food service;Achieve company and client financial targets and goals;Develop and maintain client and customer relationships;Develop strategic plans;Create a positive environment;Ensure Sodexo standards for ServSafe;Be ServSafe Certified;Have K12 schools leadership experience in a multi-unit account;Have knowledge of USDA and State, Federal regulations.Is this opportunity right for you?
