Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Regional Lead Psychologist to join our team and provide psychotherapy services at our partner facilities. Responsibilities:Assess and diagnose patients, formulating evidence-based treatment plans.Ensure timely and accurate documentation of services provided by psychotherapists.Be available for crisis consultation.Collaborate with other specialists, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.Exhibit expertise in the clinical assessment and treatment of patients.Perform guardianship and capacity evaluations when appropriate.Integrate with multidisciplinary team to deliver care that meets the unique needs of patients in facilities, especially those with co-morbidities and frailty.Provide patient, family, and staff education when necessary.Provide backup and interim coverage for facilities in the region when needed.Training & Development:Assist with onboarding new psychotherapists and prescribers, ensuring they're well-equipped with the necessary tools and resources.Assist administrative team in coordinating shadowing and other clinical and facility orientations for new hires.Offer coaching and consultations for psychotherapists and prescribers facing clinical challenges.Act as a mentor and a resource for psychotherapists.Offer clinical direction, ensuring efficient workflow and staffing coverage.Assist in researching regulations, including billing guidelines and compliance with payor requirements (e.g., CMS).Assist in compliance reviews of clinical documentation.

Full-time roles up to $124,800 per year, with competitive compensation for part-time positions.

Requirements

Licensure as a Psychologist in the state of practice.Willingness to obtain licensure with PGS support in other states if needed (strongly encouraged).Two (2) years of related clinical experience (strongly encouraged).Long-term care/nursing home experience (strongly encouraged).Proven experience in a leadership role within a clinical setting.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work remotely and effectively manage a team from a distance as well as in-person.
