Lead Technical Recruiter
(aka The Talent Strategist) to manage recruitment efforts, mentor a team of recruiters, and bring the best technical talent to the organization.As the Lead Technical Recruiter at
our client , you’ll oversee the entire recruitment process, build relationships with hiring managers, and ensure that the company attracts and retains top technical talent. This role is about more than just finding candidates—it’s about building a long-term talent strategy that scales with the company’s vision.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Strategy and Leadership:
Develop and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy that aligns with the company’s growth objectives. You’ll lead recruitment efforts, ensuring that the team sources and hires top-tier technical talent in a timely and efficient manner.Team Leadership and Mentorship:
Lead and mentor a team of technical recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.End-to-End Recruitment Oversight:
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for high-priority technical roles, ensuring that every candidate has a seamless experience.Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and craft tailored recruiting strategies.Talent Pipeline Development:
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Data-Driven Recruitment:
Use recruiting metrics and data to track performance and refine sourcing strategies.Employer Branding and Candidate Engagement:
Promote the company’s employer brand and engage with the technical community.Required Skills:Leadership and Mentorship:
Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of technical recruiters.Technical Recruiting Mastery:
In-depth understanding of technical roles and technologies.Strategic Sourcing:
Expertise in sourcing candidates through various platforms.Full-Cycle Recruiting:
Extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting for technical roles.Communication and Collaboration:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.Data-Driven Approach:
Experience using recruiting metrics and analytics.Humor:
A great sense of humor to create a positive work environment.Educational Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.Certifications in HR or recruiting are a plus.Experience Requirements:5+ years of experience in technical recruiting,
